Pre-order the new Apple iPhone 18 Pro lineup on Joybuy with Trade-In of up to £800

London, 10 September 2026: The new iPhone 18 Pro lineup is landing on Joybuy, with customers able to pre-order Apple’s latest releases from this Saturday 2:00 PM BST, ahead of the official release on 18 September.

The new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will join the full Apple range on Joybuy across the UK and Europe. Joybuy is going all-out to make getting the latest iPhone faster, easier and better value.

Customers will start receiving their iPhones from 18 September. From 19 September, customer orders in Double 11 areas could have the latest iPhone in their hands in less than four hours. Shoppers can also trade in old tech and save up to £800 of the RRP price of a product.

It’s about making the whole experience, from deciding to upgrade, to having your new iPhone in your hand, as simple as possible.”

Your new iPhone, delivered in under four hours

Joybuy is switching its delivery network into overdrive for the new iPhone launch.

Pre-orders open on 12 September, ahead of the new devices becoming available on 18 September.

To get pre-orders into customers’ hands as quickly as possible on launch day, Joybuy is using its local delivery hubs across the UK and Europe, with orders fast-tracked through its dedicated JoyExpress last-mile delivery network.

Pre-orders will be prioritised as soon as the iPhones reach Joybuy’s network, with customers in eligible areas able to receive the latest iPhone from 18th September.

From 19 September, Joybuy will introduce ultra-fast delivery for the iPhone 18 Pro lineup in selected areas, with eligible orders arriving in less than four hours.

It builds on Joybuy’s existing Double 11 delivery service. Across eligible areas, customers ordering by 11am can receive their order before 11pm the same day, while orders placed before 11pm can arrive the following day.

Double 11 already covers more than 40 million people across Europe, including over 17 million people in the UK, with coverage across Greater London, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Oxford and Cambridge.

Free-running to get the new iPhone into your hands

To celebrate the launch, Joybuy has teamed up with Scottish parkour athlete Robbie Griffith, who became a social media hit after recreating the famous opening sequence of Trainspotting through the streets of Edinburgh.

This time, he’s running for Joybuy. Dressed in his JoyExpress uniform and with the latest iPhone to deliver, Robbie takes to the streets using his parkour skills to make sure nothing gets between the new iPhone and its new owner.

The campaign brings Joybuy’s super-fast delivery promise to life, showing the lengths JoyExpress will go to get one of the year’s most anticipated tech launches into customers’ hands.

Turn your old tech into up to £800 in savings

A new iPhone doesn’t necessarily have to mean paying the full price. Customers upgrading to selected new iPhone models can use Joybuy’s Trade-In to turn the value of technology they already own into savings on their new device.

Eligible smartphones, tablets, laptops and games consoles from a range of brands can be traded in, with customers able to save up to £800 off RRP depending on the device and its condition.

And there’s no need for eligible customers to pay full price and wait for their trade-in money to come back later. Customers can select “Get your estimated trade-in value” on an eligible product page and answer a few questions about their old device and its condition. For estimated values up to £500, eligible customers can choose Instant Discount to take that value straight off the cost of the new device at checkout.*

For Trade-In values over £500, customers can still trade in their old device and receive its full value, but the discount will be applied after the device has been received and its condition has been verified. Trade-In values of up to £800 are available, subject to eligibility and the Trade-In terms.

So, if a new iPhone costs £1,000 and an old device is estimated to be worth £200, an eligible customer could pay £800 when ordering the new one.**

Once the new iPhone arrives, customers can send their old device to Joybuy’s specialist Trade-In partner for inspection, with shipping covered by Joybuy. Its condition is checked and the final value confirmed.

For the iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max, eligible Trade-In customers can also receive an additional £20 voucher***.

As well as helping customers save money, Trade-In helps give unwanted technology a second life. Devices can be refurbished and reused where possible, or responsibly recycled where they cannot be reused. Terms and conditions apply.

Customers can also choose to protect eligible purchases with JoyCare, Joybuy’s optional protection and insurance service.
